Your Self-Celebration Photographic Experience
A Preparation Guide
We're honored to welcome you into this experience.
This is a moment created just for you — a pause from the everyday, an opportunity to be seen, and a celebration of who you are right now. Whether you're marking a milestone, closing one chapter and opening another, or simply choosing to honor yourself, this experience is designed to feel meaningful, supported, and deeply personal.
Our role is to guide you through every step — gently, thoughtfully, and with care — so you can relax and enjoy being present in the moment.

Preparing for Your Experience
Reflect on What You're Celebrating
Before your session, take a little time to reflect. What brings you here? Is it a birthday, a transformation, a personal shift, or a quiet decision to celebrate yourself without a specific reason?
There's no right or wrong answer. This reflection simply helps us create portraits that feel authentic and intentional — artwork that truly represents you.
What to Wear
Choose outfits that make you feel confident, comfortable, and like yourself.
This might be:
- A beautifully tailored dress
- A structured blazer
- A flowing gown
- Soft textures and layers
- Something minimal and refined
- Something bold and expressive
There's no expectation to dress a certain way. The goal is to feel at ease and elegant in what you're wearing.
If you're unsure, don't worry — styling guidance is part of the experience. We'll discuss outfit choices in advance, and you're welcome to use pieces from our curated studio collection, including gowns, robes, fabrics, and statement accessories.
We Recommend Bringing
- 3–5 outfit options you love
- Nude and black undergarments you feel comfortable in

Meaningful Details & Accessories
If there's something personal you'd like to include, you're welcome to bring it.
This might be:
- A piece of jewelry
- A letter or note
- A favorite perfume
- An item that carries meaning for you
These small details can add emotional depth to your portraits, but they're never required.
Skin, Hair & Nails
Simple, well-cared-for details photograph beautifully.
- Moisturize regularly in the days leading up to your session
- If waxing or shaving is part of your routine, do so a couple of days beforehand
- Clean, natural nails or a soft, neutral polish photograph best
Feel free to treat yourself — this experience is meant to feel special.

The Day Before Your Session
- Review your outfit choices and personal items
- Stay hydrated
- Get a good night's rest
- Allow yourself a calm, unhurried evening
Feeling rested and grounded makes a noticeable difference.
The Day of Your Session
Arrive Ready to Be Taken Care Of
When you arrive, everything is already prepared for you. We'll begin with professional hair and makeup, allowing you to settle in, relax, and ease into the experience. Our studio is private, quiet, and designed to feel warm and supportive.
Snacks and beverages will be available — there's nothing you need to bring except yourself.
What to Wear to the Studio
Wear loose, comfortable clothing to avoid marks on your skin. A robe or button-down top works well.
Please arrive with:
- Clean, dry hair
- A moisturized face
We'll take care of the rest.
Trust the Process
You don't need to know how to pose or what to do. We'll guide you through every movement, expression, and detail with gentle direction and flattering light. You'll also see your portraits on screen during the session — which helps most clients relax quickly and enjoy the experience.

Time Commitment
Please plan to spend up to five hours at the studio. This includes:
- Professional hair and makeup
- Your photographic session
- A same-day presentation of your portraits
- A guided design consultation to select artwork
Nothing is rushed. The experience is intentionally paced.
Same-Day Viewing & Ordering
Your image presentation and design appointment take place right after your session. Together, we'll select the portraits you love most and design finished artwork — wall pieces, albums, or portrait boxes — created to live beautifully in your home.
Orders are placed and finalized the same day.
Studio Location
Our studio is located in a private residential home in Lithia, Florida, dedicated exclusively to photographic experiences. The space is calm, welcoming, and easy to access, with parking available directly outside.
