Can we skip Customer Care Calls and go straight to the photoshoot?Just as a builder wouldn’t begin a project without a blueprint, our Customer Care Calls are essential. It allows us to craft a custom plan that reflects your family’s essence and ensures your session tells your unique story. This step lays the foundation for creating truly meaningful portraits and cherished heirlooms.

How far in advance should I schedule my shoot?We offer only eight photo sessions per month to ensure each client receives extensive preparation and personalization. Because of this, spots fill quickly. We recommend scheduling your session 5-6 weeks before you need your final product. If you have a tight deadline, please contact us—we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests.

How much should I budget for my photos?To book your photo session, the fee is $350 for weekdays and $500 for weekends. The rest of your investment depends entirely on how many portraits you fall in love with and how you’d love to display them—whether as stunning wall art, a handcrafted Treasure Box with fine Art prints, or digital keepsakes. To help you plan, here are a few starting points: • Digital Social-media size Collections begin at $1200 • Individual Full-Resolution Digital Images start at $400 each • Print Collections begin at $1200 • Wall Art starts at $800 We’ll walk you through everything during your Customer Care Call, so you’ll know what to expect and can choose what’s most meaningful to you.

Do I have to order wall art and prints from my session?If you're planning a headshot, branding session, or need photos solely for social media, we offer digital-only packages. However, we highly recommend investing in wall art and Fine Art Prints to fully experience the beauty and impact of your portraits.

When will I receive my order?All orders—including digital images delivered on your personalized Quantum Card—will either be shipped directly to your doorstep or personally delivered with installation services, depending on your selected collection. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Will I get digital files with my print order?While our studio specializes in creating tangible products, we include matching social media-sized files for any artwork or photos included in your Print collections. Full-resolution digital files are also available, starting at $400 each.

What if I want my session at a location of my choice?We totally understand the desire to choose a meaningful location—and while we do occasionally photograph on location, most of our sessions take place in our beautiful Lithia studio for a reason. Our studio is a carefully curated space designed to make you feel comfortable, confident, and completely taken care of. Everything is set up for your convenience—from professional lighting and backdrops to our stunning client wardrobe, cozy atmosphere, and beauty station. More importantly, this experience is about you—not the background. In our studio, we’re able to focus fully on your story, your emotions, and the connection we’re capturing without distractions. That’s where the magic happens. That said, if travel is difficult for you or there’s a special reason to photograph elsewhere, let’s talk. Is makeup included in the session fee?Yes, one hair and makeup service is included with your session fee when you visit our studio. Additional hair and makeup services, including light styling for children, can be added. If we travel to your location, hair and makeup services are not included but can be arranged for an additional fee.
