Terms & conditions

At Noran Shine Photography, our goal is to create an unforgettable, empowering experience for every client. The following terms are in place to ensure a smooth and respectful process for both you and our team, while keeping everything clear, fair, and beautiful—just like your portraits.

By booking a session with Noran Shine Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our studio’s Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, empowering experience for every client.

1. Session Fee

  • Our standard session fees are $350 for weekday appointments and $500 for weekends. These fees secure your session time and cover planning, photography, and access to our studio wardrobe.

  • Hair and makeup are included in certain sessions (maternity, branding, boudoir, and empowering). Please review your offer or confirm with us during your consultation.

  • The session fee does not include products or images.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel your session and receive a full refund within 3 business days of booking.

  • After the 3-day window, all session fees and deposits become non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 7 days’ notice, for a $100 rescheduling fee. Sessions rescheduled with less than 7 days' notice require payment of a new full session fee, as the original time cannot be rebooked on short notice.

  • Please remember that team members, including hair and makeup artists, are reserved just for you.

3. Arriving on Time 

  • We kindly ask that you arrive promptly at your scheduled session time. Your session is carefully planned and timed, with our hair and makeup artists, photographer, and team ready to welcome you and create an exceptional experience. Because our studio operates on a tightly booked schedule to accommodate all of our clients, arriving late can impact the flow of the session and the quality of your experience.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $50 late fee will apply for every 30-minute delay. This fee covers the extended time our team remains on standby and ensures we can still deliver the best service possible within the adjusted timeframe.

  • If you are more than 1 hour late, the session will be considered a no-show, and unfortunately, your session will be cancelled with no refund of the session fee or deposit, as we are unable to rebook that time on short notice.

  • We want you to get the full, magical experience you deserve—so please plan ahead, account for traffic or childcare if needed, and arrive a few minutes early if possible. We can’t wait to welcome you!

 

4. Image Viewing & Ordering Appointments

  • Your image viewing and ordering consultation is typically scheduled right after your session. In some cases, it may be booked within 5 business days of your session.

  • We ask that all decision-makers attend, as ordering decisions are made during this appointment.

  • If you miss or reschedule your ordering appointment, a $75 rescheduling fee will apply.

 

5. Digital Files & Artwork

  • Only the images you choose and purchase will be delivered.

  • All unpurchased images are permanently deleted 30 days after your ordering appointment. All additional reorders and images request should be placed within 30 days after the session. 

  • Custom wall art, treasure boxes, albums and other photo products are non-refundable, as they are created just for you.

 

6. Model Release & Image Use

  • We love celebrating our amazing clients and showcasing your beauty through our website and social media.

  • Unless you opt out after your session, you grant Noran Shine Photography permission to use selected images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish for your images to be shared publicly, simply let us know in writing after your session and we’ll honor your privacy completely.

  • For Model Call sessions, a separate model release form will be signed in advance.

 

7. Studio Etiquette & Session Participants

  • Our sessions are designed to be relaxing, empowering, and fun.

  • Please let us know about everyone who will be attending the photo session in advance to make sure we can comfortably accommodate them.

  • Please arrive on time and ready to enjoy a beautiful experience created just for you.

 

8. Payment Plans & Delivery

  • We offer payment plans for artwork and product collections.

  • Orders are placed during your ordering appointment and delivered after the final payment is made.

  • We kindly ask that all payments are made on time to avoid delays.

  • Late payment fees may be applied for missed installments (please contact us if you need flexibility—we’re happy to help).

 

9. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Terms & Conditions Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
